Bobbie Joes Rug Works

Experience

Bobbie Joe's Rug Works was established July 1977.

We began in a renovated gas station on Fort Lowell and Tucson Boulevard, with remnants and used carpet.

Bobbie Joe Barnett, his son Lance and son in law Ladd, along with his wife Maureen, all worked together in the beginning,  After a tragic accident involving Lance he, could no longer work in the business. As a result Bob and Maureen’s daughter Julia (Ladd’s wife), joined the team.

With hard work, dedication to supplying Tucson with the most competitive pricing, best quality merchandise available, our outstanding service and most of all our HONEST way of doing business, and with the support of Tucson’s wonderful growing community we have become the success that we are today.

Bobbie Joe retired due to illness in the early 80’s. He passed away in 1998.  Maureen still comes in a few days a week.

Ladd and Julia currently operate both location’s and are proud to have their daughter Alana as part of the team.  Alana has been with Bobbie Joe's Rug Works since 2000.

We are truly, “A family owned and operated business for 3 generations.”
